FEES FOR HUNTING ACTIONS ORGANIZED AND CARRIED OUT ON THE HUNTING AREAS MANAGED BY
“AVPS L.R. HUNTERS” ASSOCIATION FOR THE EXTERNAL HUNTERS
Bear (Ursus arctos L.) - strictly protected game species.
Hunting period: the exemptions from the law shall be established with the approval of the Ministry of Environment and Forests, usually over the period from September 15th to December 31st and from March 15th to May 14th.
In the collective hunting – battue type, a group of minimum 5 hunters can participate.
Fees for the collective hunting – battue type:

The trophy (fur) is measured after skinning, before salting.
Organization fee for a day of collective hunting – battue type or for a mixed hunting, battue type, for bears is 150 Euros/hunter. This includes: temporary hunting license, technical assistance granted by a hunting specialist, veterinary certificates, trophy evaluation, fur salting, coursers and armed technical staff.
- The organization fee for spot and stalk hunting is 150 Euros/day/hunter.
The fee for skull preparation is 30 Euros/piece.
The fee for a wounded and not recovered game is 1,000 Euros/piece.
- The fee for each missed shot is 150 Euros/ missed shot.
- The transportation within the hunting area is 50 Euros/day.
The transportation to the hunting area shall be separately charged with 0.5 Euros/km.
The chamois (Rupicapra rupicapra L.)
Hunting period: September 1st - December 15th

The organization fee for a hunting day is 100 Euros/day/hunter. This includes: temporary hunting license, technical assistance granted by a hunting specialist, veterinary certificates and trophy evaluation.
The fee for a wounded and not recovered game is 1,000 Euros/piece.
The fee for each missed shot is 125 Euros/ missed shot.
The fee for skull preparation is 30 Euros/piece.
The transportation within the hunting area is 50 Euros/day.
The transportation to the hunting area shall be separately charged with 0.5 Euros/km.
Red deer (Cervus elaphus L.)

Roe deer (Capreolus capreolus L.)

The trophy (antlers, skull and upper jaw) is determined by deducting 90 grams of the mass of the trophy, weighted 24 hours after boiling and cleaning, according to Order no. 418/2005.
The organization fee for a hunting day is 100 Euros/day/hunter. This includes: temporary hunting license, technical assistance granted by a hunting specialist, veterinary certificates and trophy evaluation.
The fee for a piece with bizarre trophy is 200 Euros/piece.
The fee for a wounded and not recovered game is 200 Euros/piece.
The fee for each missed shot is 25 Euros/ missed shot.
The fee for skull preparation is 30 Euros/piece.
The transportation within the hunting area is 50 Euros/day.
The transportation to the hunting area shall be separately charged with 0.5 Euros/km.
Wild Boar (Sus scroafa L.)

The average length of the weapon tusks is determined according to the trophy evaluation methodology, acc. to C.I.C. formula, in compliance with Order no. 418/2005.
The trophy (tusks) shall be measured after boiling and cleaning.
The fee for a sow above 60kg(non-eviscerated) is 250 Euros/piece.
The fee for a sow above 120kg(non-eviscerated) is 350 Euros/piece.
The fee for a piglet ≥40kg(non-eviscerated) is 80 Euros/piece.
The organization fee for a hunting day is 100 Euros/hunter and includes: temporary hunting license, technical assistance granted by a hunting specialist and veterinary certificates.
The fee for a wounded and not recovered game in spot and stalk hunting is 100 Euros/piece.
The fee for each missed shot in spot and stalk hunting is 50 Euros/missed shot.
The fee for trophy preparation is 15 Euros/piece.
The transportation within the hunting area is 50 Euros/day.
The transportation to the hunting area shall be separately charged with 0.5 Euros/km.
In the collective hunting – battue type a group of minimum 8 hunters -maximum 14 hunters can participate. If a smaller number than 8 hunters participates in the hunting actions, they shall pay the organization fee for the minimum number of hunters.
Brown hare (Lepus europaeus L.)
Hunting period: November 1st – January 31st.
The shooting fee is 20 Euros/piece.
The taking-over fee is 5 Euros/piece.
The organization fee:
‑ on foot - 20 Euros/day/hunter.
‑ battue - 30 Euros/day/hunter.
For the mixed hunting actions (hares, pheasants, wild pigs) - battue type, in spot and stalk, organized in the same day, the organization fee is paid once, at the highest level.
Wolf (Canis lupus L.) – strictly protected game species
Hunting period: the exemptions from the law are annually established by the Ministry, usually over the period from September 15th to March 31st.
The fee for the harvested trophy is 400 Euros/piece.
The trophy (fur) is measured after skinning, before salting.
The fee for a wounded and not recovered game is 100 Euros.
The transportation to the hunting area shall be separately charged with 0.5 Euros/km.
Pheasant (Phasisnus colchicus)
Hunting period: October 1st – February 28th
The shooting fee is 8 EUROS/piece
The taking-over fee is 2 EUROS/piece
The organization fee:
On foot - 20 EUROS/day/hunter.
Battue - 30 EUROS/day/hunter.
Partridge (Perdix perdix)
Hunting period: September 15th – December 31st
The shooting fee is 10 EUROS/piece
The taking-over fee is 2 EUROS/piece
The organization fee, on foot - 20 EUROS/day/hunter.

FEES FOR THE SERVICES PROVIDED TO THE HUNTERS
Transport (outside the hunting area):
Off-road vehicles or cars – 0.50 EUROS/km.
Off-road vehicles or cars – 10.00 EUROS/hour.
Off-road vehicles or cars – 75.00 EUROS/day.
Minibus – 0.60 EUROS/km.
Minibus – 10.00 EUROS/hour.
Minibus – 115.00 EUROS/day.
Rentals of hunting carriages/coaches:
Fee per day - 50 EUROS.
Weapons storage fee – 20 EUROS
Photographing and filming
For hunters, photographing and filming is allowed free of charge within the hunting area where he is authorized to hunt
For the categories of citizens other than the authorized hunters, photographing and filming the flora and the fauna and their habitats for commercial purpose shall only be made with the approval of the manager of the area and the following fees shall be collected:
- for photographing - 100 EUROS/day/operator.
- for filming - 200 EUROS/day/operator.
For the companions of the operators, the fees for photographing or filming shall be reduced by 50%.
